The 46th World Series of Poker in the USA and the Europe equivalent is to be sponsored this year by one of the worlds’ leading brands, 888 Poker.

Set to take place in Las Vegas at the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino from 27 May through to 14 July, this tournament is set to be on track to be the pinnacle of poker tournaments. There will be a record 68 bracelets up for grabs, and eleven new events. A number of cross the board changes have made this tournament the most amateur friendly to date and designed to attract more of the recreational players who are the backbone of the industry.

888 will be allowed to register players on line for the WSOP Tournaments and will also run satellite tournaments outside of the US from countries which include India, Italy Canada, France and Mexico.
